  • How long does shipping take?

    Once your order is processed, it takes 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free on all orders!  But only for a limited time.  

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we currently do not ship internationally.  However, if you really want to order one of our shirts, please contact us at hello@majorsurvivor.com and we’ll try and work something out 🙂

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    Please refer to this webpage for our return and exchange policy.

  • Can I change the shipping address after I placed my order?

    Yes, please contact us at hello@majorsurvivor.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll be happy to change your shipping address.  After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee your change of address will be processed in time.  

  • Can I change the shirt size I ordered after I already placed the order?

    Yes, please contact us at hello@majorsurvivor.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll be happy to change the size of your shirt.  After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to change your shirt size.

  • Can I change my order once it is placed?

    All changes to your order must be done within 24 hours from placing your order.  Please contact us at hello@majorsurvivor.com in order to make any changes to your order.

  • How long will the return/exchange process take?

    An exchange usually takes 3-5 business days to process after the returned item is received by our warehouse.  

    If a refund is requested, it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear into your account after the item is received by us.

  • What do I do if I received a defective product?

    We sincerely apologize for this happening.  Please contact us at directly hello@majorsurvivor.com and we’d be more than happy to assist you with this mishap.

  • Am I responsible for return shipping?

    You will be responsible for paying any postage costs on returns. When returning your item, please email us the tracking number in order for us to keep track of your return.  When your item is received at our warehouse, we’ll process your return within 2-3 business days and the credit should show in your account in about 3-5 business days.
